Hi,
Tonight we will be rolling out great new functionality.

Our new email dropbox functionality, which is available under “My Account” allows you to forward emails from customers, contacts, suppliers and new contacts to your S3 CRM account.

Basically the application generates a “fake” email address for your account, you then forward emails to this address. The emails get logged as comments against existing contact entry however if the email is from a new contact a new entry is automatically created.

The functionality will be rolled out tonight - please try it and let me know what you think.

Hope you are all looking forward to Christmas

With Christmas less than 2 weeks away we have been busy at S3 CRM launching new functionality and improving the existing application.

This week sees the launch of the ability to import your contact information via CSV file into your S3 CRM address book.  This has been requested by a number of you so we put it to the top of our development stack to ensure we brought the functionality to you as soon as possible.

As promised we have developed some new functionality within our project management tools.

This week we have launched our new project progress reporting.

A great new tool which allows you to track at a glance your tasks and  your project’s overall progress ensuring you keep on top of your work.

Another great week at S3 CRM

We have been busy refining the email marketing tool and will be rolling out new improvements today.

We are also working on some end user feedback for the project management tool and address book which should make it easier to add new users and employees at the same time.

Work is still progressing on the on-line tours, for this we would like some feedback from yourselves as to what tours you feel you will benefit from?  Let us know via this blog

Hi all,

As always, times are very busy at S3 CRM.

Over the next couple of weeks we are concentrating on making improvements and enhancing our existing functionality.

We are also going to be focusing on our marketing site.  We have a new ebook which we will be making available to all, the topic is CRM for small businesses and how S3 CRM can help.  Also we are in the middle of creating new video tours for all the functionlaity within S3 CRM which will aid with navigation for all our users.

So, lots happening and as always we welcome your feedback.
