Hi ya,
We will be rolling out our new functionality tonight.
Our new email dropbox functionality allows you to forward emails from your email account into your S3 CRM account.
By forwarding your email to a "fake" email address your emails get logged and recorded as comments against your customers, contacts and supplier entries in your addressbook.
If the email is from a new contact, your S3 CRM account will automatically create a new entry under this email address.
This functionality will be live tomorow so please have a look and let us know what you think.
