Yes, when you open a customer's details there is an edit button, by clicking on this you are able to edit their details and save changes made.

Am I limited in the number of SMS's I can send?
No, this will depend on your SMS subscriptions.

How do I check my SMS subscriptions?
You can view your SMS subscriptions by going to My Account . My Subscriptions.

How can I increase my SMS subscriptions?
Go to My Account. My Subscriptions. Top Up Credits and follow the process through to checkout.

Who can I send a SMS to?
You have the ability through S3CRM to send a SMS to all your customer's and contacts provided they have valid telephone numbers stored.

Am I limited in the number of calls I make from S3CRM?
No, this will depend on your voice subscriptions.

How do I check my voice call subscriptions?
You can view your voice subscriptions by going to My Account. My Subscriptions.

How can I increase my voice subscriptions?
Go to My Account. My Subscriptions. Top Up Credits and follow the process through to checkout.

I receive an error when I click to call a customer, why?
A typical error message occurs when you have not entered a valid office telephone number in Account Information. To do this follow: - My Account - Edit and then enter a valid office number.

Who can I call from within S3 CRM?
You can call all your customers and contacts provided they have valid telephone numbers stored.

How do I create a new employee?
Adding a new employee is a simple process through the address book by clicking on add an employee.

How do I upload a document to S3 CRM?
You can upload a document to S3 CRM via the tools menu to the central storage location. You can also upload specific documents to your individual projects. These documents are then viewable across your organisation.

What are my storage limits?
Currently S3 CRMprovides you with the ability to store and retrieve any amount of data at any time from anywhere on the web and it is currently FREE.

What functionality does the calendar provide?
The company wide calendar allows you to see tasks, meetings and holidays across your business at a glance. The calendar allows you to scroll though year by year and also month by month.

What reporting is available via the S3 CRM application?
There are a number of reports available in the S3 CRM application reporting on your customers, employees, financial information and task management. We are always looking to develop more reports to aid you in managing your business.

Does S3 CRMwork with a MAC?
As S3 CRM is web based, it is compatible with any device that is able to access the Internet.

What Internet browsers does it work with?
S3 CRM is web based and will work with any Internet browser.

What happens when the system crashes, will it back-up my work?
S3 CRM backs up your data on daily, weekly and bi-weekly rotations at multiple locations, to safeguard you against an unforeseeable catastrophe.

Is my data safe, where is it kept?

Is there a help facility in the S3 CRM application?
Yes, there are online tours for all the functionality and the official blog and discussion forums. If you can't find the answers you need in the documentation they enter your question on the discussion forums and we will aim to respond within a couple of hours.

One of my employees has left - how do I stop him / her accessing S3 CRM?
The easiest way to stop someone accessing S3 CRM when they leave is to log on as the "administrator" account and change their password. This allows you to maintain all of the customer record history associated with that user whilst locking them out of the application. You can change the password of any user within the application by going to MyAccount - User Management as the administrator. From here you can see all of the users currently with access to the service. Click on the Key to change that users password. Once you are happy that you have transferred all of the work owned by that user to another user you can de-activate the account from the same administration area.

How can I export my data when I no longer want to use S3 CRM?
We can guarantee that as soon as you start using S3 CRM you will not want to leave the service as it provides you with all the functionality to manage your business effectively. However, if you do wish to leave S3 SRM due to the simplicity of our software we will provide you an easy means of exporting your data.

What are the service level guarantee?
There are no service level guarantees with the S3 CRM application.

How do I search S3 CRM?
The application has a special functionality, which enables you to search additionally on keywords. As you enter details into the application for new customers, contacts, employees and documentation etc.. you have the ability to add keywords. By populating these fields they provide you with an easier, quicker way of searching. Enter the keywords into the search at the top of the page and the simply press the go button and your search will be completed within that functional area.
